She has managed to find a balance between her own training schedule, health and well-being, being a full-time mom, wife and employee. How did she do this, and how can you do this? What are some of the tools and strategies that Megan has used to find a balance? In this episode, we’ll hear her strategies and tools that she has used for doing just this. We’ll also hear from Megan that even as role models, mentors, moms and dads we are human and still struggle and fall off the horse from time to time.
