Episode Synopsis

In this episode I dive deep into the topic of personal evolution. I share my own journey of understanding and overcoming anger, which had been a tool for protection and control. However, as I began to do internal work, I realized that anger was no longer serving me and it led to a vacuum filled with depression. I discuss my fear of experiencing deep depression and the importance of shifting energy and emotions to let go of old patterns. I also emphasize the need to not berate ourselves for who we used to be, as at our core, we are all pure love. Throughout the episode, I provide guidance on how to implement small changes and practices to cultivate self-love and connect with our true selves. Reflect on the actions, behaviors, and mindset shifts that align with your soul's desire and how you can integrate them into your daily life. 4. Explore your relationship with your most feared emotion. Are you afraid of this emotion because you fear getting stuck in that emotion? How can you create a healthier space for this emotion and allow yourself to feel and express it without becoming consumed by it? (btw, this emotion for me was anger so that it what I journalled on) 5. Reflect on your journey of personal evolution. How have you shifted your energy, frequencies, and emotions to let go of old patterns? What small changes have you implemented to practice self-love and connect with source energy? How can you continue to evolve and embrace change in your life?
