Episode Synopsis

When I’m in a funk, it’s hard to focus on anything other than the situation or problem at hand. A funk can feel isolating and never-ending, but we don't always feel safe openly expressing all the emotions that come with the territory. In this episode, I talk about the importance of creating the space to sit in the messiness of our feelings and work through difficult times by expressing our emotions. Life is about embracing and acknowledging the good and the hard times. I share how feelings of defeat, heartbreak, or sadness are simply the language we speak when navigating dark times.
