I’ve been seeing more and more content that appears genuine and inspirational on the surface but is built on half-truths, recycled stories, and carefully crafted pomp and circumstance. This conversation is about the fake and disingenuous posts we see on social media from coaches, creators, and business service providers. I'm sharing red and yellow flags to watch out for, how to trust your gut while scrolling, and why some of that highlight-reel storytelling is doing more harm than good.
