I believe that every person can be a great leader and one quality of a great leader is being a great learner. I have found that some of the greatest learning moments come as a result of conversation. As a leader in church I find great leaders in families and friend circles, in business and churches, in tattoo parlors and barbershops to learn from. My name is Chris Yourdan and I currently serve as the creative pastor at New Vintage Church in Richland Washington. I have been on staff since 2012.
