Yet, as women especially we are consumed with the wants and needs of others whether it be our kids, partner, friends, co-workers.  What we do for others has its place in this  world at the potential cost of limiting ourselves from our own greatness!  It's all about finding what energizes you.  What is the thing that you can get lost in?  That puts you in the flow that makes you feel like time is irrelevant.  Take these STEPS to finding your SUPERPOWER:FIRST, go INTERNAL.  In order to be in touch with yourself you need time by yourself to feel your gift and understand what comes naturally to you.  Finding your superpower is an ACTIVE choice that requires active LISTENING to yourself.SECOND, ask yourself what you are innately attracted to.  Maybe you love looking at colors of photos or have a knack for organization.  Doesn't matter who you are.  Everyone is attracted to something naturally! THIRD, ask yourself "What are the things that ENERGIZE YOU?"  & "WHY YOU LOVE WHAT YOU LOVE?"
