On today’s episode, I have guest Lindsay Branquinho and we’re talking all about how to cultivate confidence. We cover the importance of getting out of your comfort zone, that action breeds confidence, the value of leaning into who you truly are, and how it’s always worth it to be brave.
Lindsay Branquinho is a mother of three, wife of a rodeo cowboy, business owner of 10+ years, and podcast host. She grew up in Northern Arizona to a family with deep roots in agriculture and a rich heritage in the western way of life. Rodeo has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember and she left college to pursue a professional rodeo career where she met her husband, 5x world champion steer wrestler, Luke Branquinho. Together they have been raising their three boys both on the family cattle ranch in California, and now in Texas.
