Eighteenth President of Bennett College, Dr. Phyllis Worthy Dawkins, discusses how education coupled with the right exposure creates a lifetime of opportunities. A benefactor of the free lunch program as a young girl growing up in the projects of Asheville, NC, Dr. Dawkins knows firsthand that with the correct support anything is possible. Now, as a mentor to many young women, while saving one of only two all women's HBCU's from a permanent shutdown, makes Dr. Dawkins a one-of-a-kind leader and a beacon of inspiration.
