Education is the foundation to success- without it; winning becomes extremely difficult. When leadership is coupled with learning, you not only position yourself for high level achievement, the people around you benefit as well. We were fortunate to get a moment with Dr. Janet Robinson to discuss the role of education with respect to leaders. Dr. Robinson is the faculty leader for transfers at Santa Monica College. Utilizing what she coined as "Hype Tools", reinforces the leader within. These "Hype Tools" keep her in a mental place, whereby she can continuously acknowledge who she is, what she does and what she's accomplished.
