Here we go, the first podcast of 2024! Welcome back my people I hope you are all having a great start to the new year. Today on episode 31 I am sat with Adeel. Adeel is an Entrepreneur and a Mortgage advisor. So, as you can imagine, this episode will be all about finances, the grind of starting up a business and much more including a lot of laughs. So, what do you know about the world of startups? Adeel set up his own co-working space is Pakistan with only £5000. That isn’t much is it. But many years on he has sold the business proven the concept and idea works and he is here to share his story. He shares all his stories about the grind, the ups, the downs, the financial risk associated with building your own business and much more.

We also talk about mortgages so I hope the advice you here on this episode helps you all think ahead financially, with Adeel I discuss a lot of things including how to get on the property ladder, because as we all know that first property is the hardest to buy.
