A South Jersey man has been arrested in Philadelphia, accused of killing a 15-year-old and attempting to kill a 17-year-old in Atlantic City.
The Atlantic City prosecutor's office says 23-year-old Louis Jackson from Galloway Township, Atlantic County, shot the teens on Nov. 7.
The 15-year-old was hit multiple times and died at the hospital. The 17-year-old was shot in the face but survived.
The FBI found and arrested Jackson near 51st Street and Chester Avenue in Kingsessing on Tuesday afternoon.
