KYW's Sunny Morgan tells us, it all unfolded around 2 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Marshall Street and Lehigh Avenue. Officers said as they conducted a live stop on a red Chrysler Sebring, the driver, a 20-year-old woman, reversed her car and lightly hit the officer’s vehicle.
