Philadelphia police are looking into whether a man who died after crashing into multiple cars in Northeast Philly was assaulted.
Francisco Rosario, 53, died Tuesday morning after crashing his truck. Police say Rosario hit a tree on Castor Avenue. He then drove off, struck seven parked cars, and drove another mile before stopping, getting out of his truck, and collapsing. His daughter, Elizabeth, said they've seen surveillance video showing a car pulling up to his truck and a group of people getting out and arguing with him. She says one of the people punched him.
