The man accused of shooting a Philadelphia cop more than a decade ago and injuring three others pleaded guilty earlier this month, just as the trial for the killing of Sergeant Richard Mendez began. KYW Newsradio's Crime and Justice reporter Kristen Johanson tells us the two are connected by a now-retired officer who was injured in both incidents.
