Episode Synopsis

A local real estate investment firm, Chariot Allaire Partners, is buying the former Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Delaware County for $10 million.

The group hasn't said what it plans to do with the 65-acre campus.

The hospital in Upland closed in May when its owner, Prospect Medical Holdings, fell into bankruptcy.
