Philadelphia Congressman Brendan Boyle says he’s disappointed that Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman voted with Republicans to get initial passage of a bill that would fund the government through January but would eliminate subsidies for the health insurance that two million Pennsylvanians rely on.
