Episode Synopsis

A man is dead after a hit-and-run in North Philadelphia early Saturday morning. Philadelphia police say it happened at 1 a.m. on Girard Avenue, just a block off Broad Street. A black SUV was traveling eastbound when it made a U-turn into the westbound lane and hit a 60-year-old man standing in the middle of the street.
