For many of us, Memorial Day and the end of the school year mark the beginning of summer. So I wonder as we head into this new season: How are you doing? What do you need? What do you hope for this summer? This meditation is great for anytime we’re transitioning to a new season, or anytime we want to check in with ourselves and our needs. Find a comfortable position for this meditation—seated or lying down. You might even do this meditation outside, or while looking out a window. I’m Amy Jackson.
