First, The plaintiff launched an all-female comedy show and booked the defendant to perform her stand-up routine. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant agreed to sell 10 tickets but only sold two, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues that the tickets were too expensive for a new comedy show.
Then, The plaintiff says his son was driving one of his cars when the defendant struck the vehicle while drunk, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she did have a few drinks and hit the vehicle, but she insists she did not damage the plaintiff’s car.
