Then, The plaintiff gave his niece money to buy a car. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says his niece failed to pay back the loan, so he’s suing. The defendant insists her uncle forced her to get the car. Besides, the defendant argues that she was a minor when her uncle provided the loan.
