First, The plaintiff claims he financially supported the defendant, his ex, during their relationship. However, the plaintiff says he recently found out the defendant was dating another man while they were together, so he’s suing for fraud and emotional distress. The defendant insists she never dated the plaintiff, and she’s countersuing for emotional distress.

Then, The plaintiff put up her own money to help her mother while she was in rehab. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says her mother hasn’t paid her back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she has had issues with drugs but insists she has been clean for six years. The defendant says she believes the money was a gift.
