Siempre he sentido especial atención por estos juegos, que ofrecen cosas nuevas en una era donde parece que a las grandes compañías se les acabaron las ideas y solo hacen remakes o copias de otros juegos. Es por eso que me gusta explorar esta categoría y así encontrar juegos que terminan siendo una joya. I was checking the indie games category in the Play Store, and I found some games that look interesting. I have always felt special attention for these games, which offer new things in an era where it seems that big companies have run out of ideas and only make remakes or copies of other games. That's why I like to explore this category and find games that end up being a gem. Es así como encontré The Abandoned Planet. Es un demo, pero pude probarlo y ahora lo quiero comprar para así poder tener la experiencia completa de juego. Es una aventura gráfica en primera persona, me recordó a buenos tiempos cuándo jugué a Monkey Island, The Dig o incluso Full Throttle. Lo primero que captó mi atención de este juego es el pixel art que tiene. Me gusta ese estilo gráfico y me parece que lo lograron bien. That's how I found The Abandoned Planet. It's a demo, but I was able to try it and now I want to buy it so I can have the full game experience. It's a first person adventure game, it reminded me of good times when I played Monkey Island, The Dig or even Full Throttle. The first thing that caught my attention about this game is the pixel art it has. I like that graphic style and I think they did it well. Puedo decir, y se aprecia en el video, que la experiencia es algo inmersiva. No hay una música de fondo, sino más bien los sonidos del planeta donde la protagonista llegó y estrelló su nave espacial. Luego de jugar ese primer capítulo, quedé con ganas de saber más y ahora tengo que comprarlo y también es una forma de apoyar a estos productores independientes a que sigan creando videojuegos. I can say, and it shows in the video, that the experience is somewhat immersive. There is no background music, but rather the sounds of the planet where the protagonist arrived and crashed her spaceship. After playing that first chapter, I was left wanting to know more and now I have to buy it and it is also a way to support these independent producers to continue creating video games.
