In this Wind Sprint, Jerry reviews how he builds endurance and strength without going to the gym. By walking, jogging, and doing lunges uphill, he is able to clear his lungs, work his core, and practice form and technique. Jerry recommends starting small by walking short distances and then building your regime from there.
