In today's episode, my husband Michael and I are walking around the Gaylord Rockies (excuse some of the wind in our mic) we found a warm spot to sit, eventually. This episode was influenced by one night we were out at a favorite restaurant of ours & noticed even though we've been there over a dozen times the service was exceptionally bad and started talking about the taste of your food in relation to the service. Having a lot of friends who are rest. owners and Michael's dads career revolving around opening high end restaurants. We are taking a deep dive into customer service and experience, how it relates to all areas of your business and how you as a consumer can do your part.
