Episode Synopsis
I am a PhD student registered through Rhodes University at the Department of Ichthyology and Fisheries Science but based at the South African Institute for Aquatic Biodiversity (SAIAB). My involvement in the (IMIsEE) project is to assess the physiological fitness of early life stages of invertebrates, characterise the ambient soundscapes and determine the structural complexity of the surfaces of rocks to which the marine organisms recruit themselves.
