In this lesson, we examine the global Flood. It was a historical, worldwide judgment on everyone on earth. Only eight people, Noah and his family, trusted in what God said and they built and entered the ark. God saved them because they had faith in Him, and not because they were special or sinless. God sealed them in the ark and kept them safe. After the flood waters subsided, they were the only people left on earth. God would start again with them on an earth that was distinctly different now.
