Power couple, Dr. Ray & Jean Kadkhodaian have been married since Valentine's Day in 1998, and in 2002, they CoFounded the Lighthouse Emotional Wellness Center, a successful counseling center in the Chicagoland area. After working with thousands of couples, they created and perfected a unique approach to coach couples to have amazing relationships, called Couples Synergy. Dr. Ray & Jean both have Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology, and Dr. Ray has an additional doctorate in Clinical Psychology. They are Cohosts of their own podcast called, Couples Synergy: Real Couples, Real Stories, and coauthored a book entitled, "Good Boundaries-Great Relationships" They have two grown sons and a daughter-in-law, and are avid hikers and enjoy traveling the world and experiencing life together.

When it comes to relationships, they believe that they cannot teach it unless they live it. They are a real couple who have worked hard to create an amazing relationship through the difficult challenges life brings us all. Their knowledge and experience, not only comes from the couples they have helped, but from their own personal relationship, which they are very proud of.
