Her certifications also extend to teaching continuous education courses, ensuring she stays updated with the latest techniques and practices.   She ventured into a yoga class 10 years ago and was determined not to allow her self-doubt to win. Although she played sports growing up, she wasn't athletic in her adult years which also contributed to her doubt.
