In this episode, Tony shares how he was able to structure a land deal with a contractor buyer after following up with a seller over a seven month period of time. He shares some of the complexities involved in land deals and how he was able to make an assignment fee and work out a 50/50 profit split with the contractor on new builds on the land that was acquired.
