This practice is the perfect length to sneak in between your other engagements, because frankly, darling, you deserve it. The audio from this episode was recorded from a live Zoom yoga session taught to an attendance of 14. Even though we are physically separated now, we can continue to change the energy surrounding our experience by moving and breathing together.
