Emma Rose Tait is a writer, soul guide and mindfulness teacher based in the beautiful Kootenay mountains of British Columbia. I came across Emma in my own path of self inquiry.  When I read some of the beautiful words she so eloquently expresses, there's a part of me that can't help but feel held by her in grace, no matter what challenge or stage in life I'm in.
