In the next of our new year interview series, Juliet chats with Natalie Egleton, the CEO of FRRR since 2015.  FRRR has been at the forefront of responses to the bushfires and floods that have impacted so many communities across rural and regional Australia.  Natalie’s focus on capacity building has grown the organisation from its focus on grant facilitation to a partner that is helping to drive capacity building within communities.

Having built the FRRR team significantly through Covid lockdowns, Natalie leads a hybrid team spread up the east coast of Australia and into WA and she offers us insights into the challenges of keeping people connected when they are working remotely.  She also has some incredibly valuable insights around leading authentically and using power, influence and authority. This is an episode not to miss.
