Listen "38. How to stand up and speak for yourself"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I share important points on owning yourself and speaking up when needs. I personally struggled with this in my life and I found myself being miserable because I resented who I was. Not realizing that part of resentment led to me being closed off and coming out as "quiet" or "nice girl". I would be called that all the time by people and it would trigger me so much that I start pleasing and looking and seek approval from others. If you're someone who's struggling with this, you're in the right place and I hope this helps you in some way.
