Listen "How We Manage Our Trauma & Childhood Wounding with Armandee Drew"
Episode Synopsis
Send us a textWhen we think of experienced trauma, we often associate it with extreme difficulty, very limited life experiences, a breakdown even, but what about when trauma is insidious & low lying. When it doesn’t have the big stories of breakdown attached. Instead it’s pushed away and managed day to day, you tell yourself it’s not important, it could be worse but still, it pops up in everyday life. What then? My guest today is Armandee Drew and this was her experience of trauma until one day…Armandee is an executive trauma informed leadership coach. She & I have been working together now for a few years both personally & professionally and I’m delighted that we are able to bring this discussion to you. I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves from within. It is my mission to show you how. It is my hope that these conversations go some way to help you on your own journey, so let's begin.
