Today, to finish off the series we’re going to look at ‘the hierarchy of pain’ All three of these are interlinked and are a particular phenomenon during the healing journey but where we begin today in this discussion is the dissolving of the secondary pain. I’m going to read for you part of the 7th chapter of the book and while you are listening or watching on youtube, again my intention is for you to think about your own inner world - Can you see your own hierarchy of pain? I’ve also linked below to the complete chapter of the book. When you have listened to this episode I suggest reading that chapter and working through the short exercises that are included.
