Session Time Limit PromptDuring the episode Natalie asked Paul if you can set a session time limit on ChatGPT to prevent it from causing cognitive overload.Whilst ChatGPT can act as an accountability partner, the enforcement has to come from you or your device settings. However, here's the prompt mentioned in the episode to help you to protect your time, and brain health. At the start of your session, tell ChatGPT:"Act as my time-keeper. I want to use ChatGPT for 20 minutes only. Remind me at the halfway point (10 mins in) and stop answering my questions after 20 minutes, instead telling me to take a break."That way, it will respect the boundary and stop engaging when the time’s up. Note, you’ll still be able to override it, but it adds friction and accountability.Links mentioned in this episode:Take Natalie’s Brain Quiz : https://bit.ly/cognitiveauditDownload Natalie's Cognitive Guide: https://thecognitivestrategist.comFollow Natalie on Instagram: @thecognitivestrategistDownload Paul's free AI guide: How to Use ChatGPThttps://site.paulculshaw.withtbsc.com/how-to-use-chat-gptVisit the Fuzzled hub: paulculshaw.com/fuzzled
