Diane Gibbs aka Dr. of Gourmetology and founder of Gibbs Goodies is now making house calls! Her famous Sticky Balls are now being distributed throughout Chicago. This delightful sweet treat is a simple snack you can feel good about.
Diane is a visionary leader that follows a strong family tradition of serving God’s Kingdom and gives back to others through connecting resources, driving strategic collaboration, and creating impactful projects.
She is dedicated to supporting others with developing new (durable) behaviors and habits. She is passionate about healing and inspired to improve the whole self through self care, physical activity, mindful relationships, spirituality and  nourishing the body with whole real food.
Her family restaurant, Gibbs Country House, was famous for their Sticky Buns. She wanted to keep the family food legacy alive and revived Gibbs Goodies as a healthy alternative to the family recipes she loved. Particularly fond of cookie dough she started making an all natural, whole food, vegan treat called STICKY BALLS! A delightful sweet treat that tastes like cookie dough, but supports the healthiest version of you!
This year Diane celebrated 11 years alcohol free and was inspired to bring her Podcast to life - 420 Reasons Why I Quit Drinking! 
Diane also spends her time volunteering in her community as an Outreach Coordinator & Partnership Development with Together Chicago, Community Liaison for Soul City Church, Food  Coordination & Distribution Partner for the Love Fridge Chicago and is a devoted Breakthrough Ministries’ volunteer.
