On today's bonus episode I'll be guiding you through a 10 minute meditation designed to support you with tapping into your intuition to set aligned intentions and goals. As we move into the new year, there is an opportunity for us to listen to our inner knowing and intuition before we start setting goals or going after them. When we do this, we may actually set more aligned goals and feel more excited about working towards them. This meditation will activate our intuitive centers, as we focus on the third eye, as well as the pineal gland, which can help guide you and provide clarity and insight to new opportunities.
