We’ll talk about why late-night snacking and overeating usually have nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with burnout, boredom, and missing joy. I’ll share my own experience of leaning on food as the “best part of my day” and what finally shifted when I stopped trying to just “fix the food” and started fixing my life.
