In this episode I am delighted to introduce Lois Banks, Year 1 Lead Teacher at Crest Infant and Nursery School.  I first had the pleasure of getting to know Lois when she entered and won a competition during the launch phase of my last book, "Character Toolkit for Teachers", which I co-authored with Elizabeth Wright.
