Navigating Pregnancy, Business & Future Motherhood with Peace and Perspective  After that positive pregnancy test, life truly does change…for the BETTER. Your mind, body, perspective - everything shifts. And while it's an exciting time, we can often experience the hot breath of societal pressure on the backs of our necks.  In this very personal episode, I'm checking in to share how this second trimester has been for me. I'll talk openly about the ups and downs physically and emotionally, as well as what's helping me stay grounded, confident and capable through it all.  Pregnancy is different for everyone, but I hope by sharing my experience makes other expecting mamas out there feel less alone. From dealing with morning sickness to embracing your changing body, to preparing for this new chapter.  I'm focusing this pregnancy journey on living in the moment, rather than getting ahead of myself. I'm also infusing my days with gratitude through journaling, self talk and mindfulness. These practices help me remember both in the wonderful and difficult times, that this is all temporary.  Embracing motherhood has undoubtedly been a magical, challenging and beautiful journey thus far.
