Hello, and welcome! I hope you are ready for some movement! In most episodes, I will walk you through 20 minutes of ballet. We will start with the basics and move on from there. At the end of each class, we will be cooling down with a quick stretching routine. As we progress we will start to do PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique), Stretching, Strengthening, and of course Ballet at the barre, that is more advanced. I can't wait to teach you all!
