I hadn’t even finished listening to this guest on Andy Frisella’s podcast and something overcame me and I sent him a video on IG and asked him what it would take to come on F* It. I was blessed to say that Chadd Wright said yes. Recording this before having my amazing cancer news (see episode #73), this was just what I needed in what seemed like the hardest time in my life. Chadd is a former Navy Seal, founder of Three of Seven, who has an incredible story to tell.
