Listen "Heartbeam"
Episode Synopsis
“Heartbeam” is a project collecting short stories, memories and feelings about lost love. We wanted to show the strength of nostalgia people have about very personal memories, anecdotes that brings them back to a place they were with special people for them. Whether it felt sweet, heartbreaking, joyful, surprising... They gave a lot of poetical and touching anonymous texts. Some were just a few words, some were very detailed... Leonore, Valentine, Camille, Martin and Agathe then to put their voices on these beautiful anonymous stories and reappropriated them. Martin also improvised a few notes on a piano to express the emotion we felt towards these stories that we read out loud. Kaylian put the project together by giving it a name, doing the editing, the podcast’s cover and the sound mixing. He builds the first on a software instrument, inspired by Martin Romand original cords heard in the second part.CREDITSKaylian / Agathe / Martin / Leonore / Valentine / CamilleREFERENCESCAMILLE NORMENT and David Toop performing at Nordic Pavilion, Venice Art Biennale 2015https://youtu.be/G2lKxJHbiAk?si=GSbelJpjzDmSs1V3RIAR RIZALDI / FOSSILIS 2023https://rizaldiriar.com/fossilis.html Hosted on Acast.
