Today we are talking about the learnings I have had in Meal Planning and experimenting with some healthier options for the whole family plus I am going to get into the juicy topic of intentional scheduling (yes even as a Rebel I love a good flow to my week!) and how you can try to incorporate more into your week by doing less! I also share some learnings I have had in teaching my kids about priorities and scheduling over the summer.
