Welcome to our practice today: Meditation on Self Worth
Most of us human beings are feeling a deep longing to connect to our true selves and to start to live from the heart. There might be a strong desire to change the status quo, to start to embrace our own truth, to start to live a life more aligned with our purpose or to start to know ourselves better.
Yet stressful life, belief systems and lack of self love amongst others, directs us to a state of being disconnected from ourselves.
Before embarking on this journey, I invite you to set a commitment with yourself. I feel that when there is faith and certainty in what one is doing, you will feel energised and enthusiastic and it is easier for one to succeed.
It is normal that we will be faced with obstacles but be aware that obstacles are the path towards growth.
This guided meditation aims to gently ease you in setting a commitment with yourself.
Honour your body, take time and practice, practice, practice.
