This topic is one that is near and dear to my heart. For the longest time, I've dealt with a scarcity mindset, and it's pushed me towards feeling so insecure and unmotivated to keep going and fighting for the life that I want. About embodied:  At the end of 2019, I recorded a podcast episode (then titled, Not Ajay’s Talk Show) with Rio Dael to discuss the detrimental and unrealistic notions of Filipina beauty standards.
