Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast


I'm reminded of this today because I know things are running fast.
But those things seem slow.

Rhythm.

In business there is a rhythm, it can be fast and it can be slow.
But it can't change for most very quickly.

Change.

Change is what sets a rhythm.

Too much change done without enough planning can slow you down. Too much change without the right people can slow you down.
Too much change without agreement can slow you down.

Look slowly at change.
Look to make change smooth.

When setting your digital strategy, think slow.

Think about - the pace of change.
Think about - why change?
Think about - change how?
Think about - change what?
Think about - how long you'll give for change to happen.
Think about - your team, how they feel.

Think smooth, smooth is fast.
