On todays show, extreme execution Coach Ash and Coach Ant dived right in on how each of the DISC Characters hear information. Coach Ash (High D) had to vent a bit, as she had an experience in real estate that didn't go too well. We often work with D’s, I’s, S’s, and C’s, for example Coach Ant has a C and S that she is working with and so we shared how everyone prefers to be spoken to. We emphasized that it is our responsibility to communicate in other people's language.
