Listen "Ditching Diet Culture and Choosing Healthier Eating For Good with Dr Victoria Baxter"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome to the Dinner Guest podcast with me, Ellie Case!
The field of food and drink is a vital part of our global industry and is leading the change to a healthier and more sustainable future.
I started this podcast to help both me and other recent graduates to navigate such a confusing time, by learning from individuals who are passionate, driven and making positive difference through business.
Each episode, I speak to someone who is using business as a force for good to make positive changes when it comes to the world of food and drink.
This week, I speak to Dr Victoria Baxter, a registered Clinical Psychologist for 7 years who in recent months has started her own business, helping people who've struggled with their relationships to food. Her well-loved programmes have been helping people to overcome negative feelings of guilt surrounding food, ditch the diet culture mindset, and take on a healthier, more self-compassionate approach to eating better for good.
